Terms of use.

Foreglow is a reflective creative tool. It is not medical, mental-health, financial, legal, or other professional advice. Generated material can be wrong or unsuitable. Read and edit it before relying on it for your own use.

Your use

Use Foreglow only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not use it to harass another person, impersonate someone without consent, violate rights, or make claims about certain outcomes.

Your voice and content

Only provide voice material that belongs to you and that you have the right to use. A voice copy requires explicit consent. You remain responsible for the text, recordings, images, and exports you create or provide.

Plans and billing

The first note is free. Optional plans are $9.99 per month or $49.99 per year; prices may vary by storefront. Eligible Apple accounts receive a 7-day introductory free trial on the yearly plan. The monthly plan has no trial, and there are no weekly plans. After any trial, subscriptions renew through the App Store until cancelled in your Apple subscription settings. Restore Purchases is available inside Foreglow.

Availability

Generation may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, or when protective usage limits are reached. Saved local content remains on your device unless you delete it.

Service data and ending use

Foreglow processes the material needed to provide note generation and an optional copied voice, plus anonymous operational and product events described in the Privacy Policy. You can stop using Foreglow and erase app data at any time. Local data and deleted voice copies cannot be recovered by Foreglow. Erasing app data does not cancel an App Store subscription.
