You can get a language model to write you a paragraph in your future self's voice in about thirty seconds, free. If what you want is the text, do that. We are not going to pretend otherwise to sell a subscription.

What you will not have afterwards is the thing Foreglow actually makes: a finished audio recording, in a voice you chose or your own, that lives on your phone, plays offline at 6am without opening a chat window, remembers the corrections you made, and loops quietly while you fall asleep. Does manifestation work?

We do not know, and anyone selling you a confident answer to that is selling you something. Foreglow makes no claim that listening to a recording changes what happens in your life.

What it is, plainly: a ritual object. You described a version of your life, and now you have a recording about it in a voice you chose. Some people find that steadying. Some find it silly. Both are reasonable.

What is Foreglow, exactly?

Foreglow has no spiritual claims, no doctrine, and no metaphysics. It does not ask you to believe that thoughts alter reality, and it does not invoke any higher power, energy, or law.

Mechanically it is closer to writing yourself a letter and reading it aloud. Whether that fits your faith is your call to make, not ours, and we would rather describe the thing accurately than reassure you about it.

Do you need my email?

No. There is no account, no password, no email field, and no sign-in. Nothing to breach, because there is nothing held.

Your notes, your board and your history stay on your phone. The one exception — voice generation — is described exactly on the privacy page, including what is sent and what is not.

What happens if you shut down?

Every note you have made is already on your phone and exportable as an ordinary audio file through the system share sheet. Save it to Files, share it, and keep it forever.

If Foreglow disappeared tomorrow, the recordings you made would still play. That is deliberate — it is the difference between owning something and renting access to it.

Is it on Android?

Not at launch. Foreglow is iPhone-first because the board-to-lock-screen part depends on iOS wallpaper behaviour and doing it badly on two platforms is worse than doing it well on one.

The vision board maker on this site works in any modern mobile browser, Android included, and needs no download.

Can you hear my notes?

No. Notes are generated and then stored on your device; there is no library on our side to browse and no support tool that can play your audio back.

The practical consequence is that we cannot recover a note you delete. That is the trade that comes with the privacy, and it is worth knowing before you delete something.

Why is the price on the first screen?

Because the standard pattern in this category is twelve screens of personal questions and then a price, and it works by making it feel expensive to walk away after all that effort.

We would rather lose you on the first screen than take money from someone who felt cornered into it.
